Get to Know Me
Natalie Wittmann, CPCC, PCC
Natalie is certified by Co-active Institute (CTI) and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF). ICF is the internationally recognized certifying body for professional coaching.
Natalie has coached individuals in a number of different roles and settings who seek greater clarity and fulfillment, especially during significant life transitions such as new jobs, retirement, and relationship changes.
She has 38+ years leading the Education and Leadership/Organizational Effectiveness Team at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where her role included serving as an internal coach to support leaders throughout the organization. Prior to her role at OSU, Natalie taught Communication and Public Speaking at Columbus State Community College.
She has taught MBA students Executive Presence and Effective Presentation Skills at Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. Additionally she often uses the Clifton StrengthsFinder to support individuals and teams desiring to be more effective.

​She received a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Ohio University where she also coached the Speech Team. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theatre/Communication from Heidelberg University.
She is certified in administration of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), The Center for Creative Leadership’s Career Architect Tool, Gallup’s StrengthsFinder, Art of Hosting, and the Positive Intelligence Program (PQ).
Natalie is also a professional storyteller and an appreciator of poetry and often uses these creative lenses to support her clients’ growth and insights.

She has been married for over 39 years and has two adult sons and grandchildren. She enjoys making art, reading, cooking, eating and nature.
